When do you deliver?
Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00
Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?
No, we do not.
Can you deliver on public holidays?
No, we do not.
Any orders placed while we are closed for the December Festive Season will be processed upon our return, please expect a 7 day delay.
Courier costs are calculated using your suburb and postal code, please make sure it is correct on the Cart page to check the cost and on the checkout page when you finalise your order.
Once we process your order in the warehouse and hand off to DSV / Globeflight, you will receive a notification with tracking details where you will be able to track and trace your parcel.
DSV / GLOBEFLIGHT will call you to schedule their arrival, please be sure to make the time to receive your parcel, they will only make 2 attempts before returning the items to our warehouse.
