The Brewing courses cover numerous brewing coffee methods as well as the brewing variables that affect quality. Hands on learning is emphasized with a focus on grind profiles, brewing methods, coffee strength measurements, and coffee extraction charting.

Requirements: No experience required. This course is for beginners, cafe owners and managers or baristas who want to build on existing skills. 

Certification: An online written exam consisting of 20 questions is required with a required passing score of 60%.

Course Duration: 2 days (09:00 – 15:00 daily)
